It is very important for judicial practitioners to respect and comply with judicial procedures and improve their own judicial skills and professional skills while implementing the basic requirements of taking the law as the criterion. As a relative big concept, the debate skill of judicial eloquence can be used to identify the truth and can ensure the authority and accuracy of judicial proceedings and judicial results. On the basis of briefly explaining the skills of judicial debate, the author analyzes common techniques and tactics of court debates and points out the avoidance in the debate so as to improve the effectiveness of judicial practice.
