早期康复护理对提高脑梗塞患者的日常生活能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:研究在脑梗塞患者中采取早期康复护理给患者日常生活能力(Activities of daily living,ADL)带来的影响。方法:依据患者入院就诊时间将我院神经内科自2015年6月至2016年6月期间诊治的300例脑梗塞患者随机分为对照组与实验组(n=150),对照组患者实行常规护理,实验组患者实行早期康复护理,对比两组患者护理满意度以及日常生活能力。结果:实验组患者临床护理满意度96.67%、日常生活能力评分71.31±4.51,均显著优于对照组患者(临床护理满意度:86.67%,日常生活能力评分:56.32±5.24,P<0.05)。结论:将早期康复护理干预应用在脑梗塞患者中可以显著提升日常生活能力,改善患者生存质量,具有广泛应用的价值。

Objective：To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：According to the time of admission,300 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group（n=150）.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing.The nursing satisfaction and activities of daily living of the two groups were compared.Results：In nursing satisfaction and activities of daily living score,patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group（96.67% v.s 86.67% and 71.31±4.51 v.s 56.32±5.24,respectively,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the ability of daily living,improve the quality of life of patients with a wide range of value.
