摘要
在碱性缩合剂甲醇钠存在的条件下,由苯乙酮和辛酸甲酯在溶剂二甲苯中进行反应,得到辛酰基苯甲酰甲烷,再进行酸化、蒸馏得到高纯度的辛酰基苯甲酰的生产工艺。从苯乙酮、辛酸甲酯反应生成辛酰基苯甲酰的机理出发,较为详细地研究了原料配比、缩合剂用量、反应时间、反应温度及溶剂用量等对辛酰基苯甲酰甲烷收率的影响,确定了较为适宜的催化剂用量和工艺条件。通过实验找出最佳的工艺条件为:苯乙酮/辛酸甲酯/二甲基/乙醇钠摩尔比为0.4/0.8/1.6/0.5,反应温度140℃,反应时间5 h,收率高于87%。
The synthesis process of octanoyl-benzoyl methane was studied, and the purified one is prepared by phenyl ethyl ketone and methyl caprylate with dimethylbenzene used as the solvent, MeONa as the alkaline condensing agent, and then acidification, distillation. The factors were detailed studied which including: raw material proportioning, condensing agent dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and solvent consumption, etc. and got the optimal reaction condition, which are phenyl ethyl ketone/methyl caprylate/dimethylbenzene/ MeONa is 0. 4/0. 8/1.6/0. 5 ,reaction temperature is 140 ℃ ,reaction time is 5 h ,the yield is over 87%.
