K98MC柴油机气缸套温度场有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 柴油机主要是通过活塞在气缸中的往复运动,带动其他部件的运作来获得动力,在活塞的往复作用下,活塞和气缸不断摩擦,但摩擦产生大量的热量由于无法及时被带走,进而造成气缸套环境十分恶劣.在实际经验总结中,造成气缸套发生的拉缸,变形,开裂的主要原因就是气缸套内恶劣的高温环境.因此,通过研究气缸套温度场分布规律来优化气缸套的结构设计,进而减少热负荷对气缸套的危害,是很重要的.本文以K98型柴油机气缸套为研究对象,利用Pro/e和ANSYS两大软件,其中,Pro/e软件主要是用来做三维实体仿真,而ANSYS软件则是用来对气缸套的温度场进行有限元分析的. As you know, diesel engine usually gains the power by the piston which is reciprocate inside cylinder and then driving other components to move. Under the reciprocating motion of piston. Constant friction will take place between the piston and the cylinder. However, amount of heat which is generated by friction will result the atrocious conditions in cylinder liner because that heat couldn’t be took away in time. In practical experience summary, the reason why cylinder liner drawing, being out of shape, cracking is that cylinder liner works in a poor and hot environment. Therefore, it’s significance for us to research the regularities of distribution about the temperature field of cylinder liner so that we can optimum the architectural design for cylinder liner. This article mainly study the object of K98MC Diesel Engine^cylinder liner. With the use of ANSYS and PRO/E. The former plays a role of 3D solid simulation, while the latter is used to deal with finite element analysis for cylinder liner about its temperature field.
