摘要
开展了可见光CCD对脉宽为100 fs的808 nm高重频、低重频激光与808 nm连续激光的线性响应对比实验。实验结果表明,当CCD处于线性响应范围时,CCD对脉宽为100 fs的激光与连续激光的能量响应率之比均接近1,说明响应特性无差别。同时由CCD原理可知,响应输出与积分时间内接收到的激光能量成正比,说明CCD的能量响应率与脉冲宽度、激光重复频率无关。
The linear responsivity comparison experiment of charge-coupled device(CCD) to 808 nm high andlow repetition frequency laser with 100 fs pulse width and 808 nm continuous wave(CW) laser is studied. Experi-mental results show that the power responsivity ratio of CCD to the laser with 100 fs pulse width and CW laser isclose to 1 when CCD is in linear responsivity range, which means the responsivity is no difference. From CCD prin-ciple, the response output is in proportion to the laser power received in integrated time, which indicates that theCCD power responsivity has nothing to do with width of pulse and repetition frequency of laser.
