需求与供给视角下对养老服务业的探析

Elderly Care Service Industry Based on the Perspective of Demand and Supply

养老服务能够为老年人提供保健养生、医疗护理和照料看护等基本服务,随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,对养老服务的需求必然会增加,而这也是我国在今后人口工作的重点方向之一。文章通过在需求与供给的视角下,对我国养老服务业进行探析,论述了现阶段我国养老供给与需求的矛盾和在今后一段时间所面临的挑战,从而在不同层面和角度上,对养老服务化发展提出养老资本形式多样化、养老服务产业结构的调整、实施人才战略、完善体系建设、合理配置养老服务资源等对策与建议,以期保障老年人的养老。

Pension Service can provide health care , medical care and nursing care services for the elderly. With the depending of the aging population ,the demand for pension services is bound to increase. And this is one of the key directions of our country＇s population work in the future .Through the analysis of the demand and supply of the elderly care service industry. This study discusses the contradiction be- tween supply and demand at present and the challenges faced in the future. Thereby,on different levels and angles ,to the pension service industrialization endowment capital in the form of diversification is put forward endowment service of industrial structure adjustment implement , the strategy of talent perfecting, the system construction , the rational allocation of pension service resources, etc , to protect the elderly pension.
