摘要
为了实现对苹果的无损检测,研究近红外漫反射无损检测的光谱采集系统,设计苹果光谱采集方式,探讨苹果近红外无损检测的可行性。结果表明:取苹果的2对对称点以及中心点作为光谱采集点,能有效减小采集点位置不同造成的误差,提高准确率;近红外漫反射检测的光谱采集系统能够体现苹果的内部结构信息,实现苹果的无损检测。使用近红外漫反射技术实现对苹果的无损检测是可行的。
In order to realize the nondestructive testing of apple,the spectral acquisition system of near infrared diffuse reflectance was studied,the method of apple spectral acquisition was designed,and the feasibility of nondestructive detection of apple using near-infrared was discussed.The result shows that the two pairs of symmetrical points and the center points of the apple can be used as the spectral acquisition points to reduce the errors caused by the different positions of the collection points and improve the accuracy.The near-infrared diffuse reflection detection system can totally reflect the internal structure information of the apple,and achieve nondestructive testing of apple.So,it is feasible to use near-infrared diffuse reflection technology to achieve nondestructive testing of apple.
