摘要
以2-乙烯基-4,6-二氨基-1,3,5-三嗪聚合物(PVDAT)为核,2-乙烯基-4,6-二氨基-1,3,5-三嗪为单体,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐为引发剂,采用水相半连续沉淀聚合制备同质核壳结构PVDAT纳米粒子,并通过连续取样的方式对聚合机理进行初步研究。结果表明:PVDAT纳米粒子的粒径由139nm增加到214nm,且包覆机理属于典型的Ostwald熟化机制。
The homogeneous core shell structure of PVDAT nanoparticles were prepared by a semi batch precipitation polymerization method,PVDAT as the nucleus,VDAT as the functional monomer,V50 as initiator and water as solvent.Polymerization mechanism was studied by continuous sampling.The results show that the particle size of PVDAT nanoparticles increases from 139 nm to 214 nm,and the coating mechanism belongs to the typical Ostwald maturation mechanism.
