八钼酸铵与聚磷酸铵阻燃抑烟PVC的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚磷酸铵为阻燃剂,八钼酸铵为抑烟剂,通过烟密度、氧指数、拉伸和冲击等研究手段,探讨其对聚氯乙烯力学性能及燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明:加入6份八钼酸铵后,对比空白PVC样品,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率分别下降5.8 MPa和3.9%。随着聚磷酸铵组分的增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降,冲击强度增加。加入12份聚磷酸铵时,PVC的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别下降10.23 MPa、46.9%,冲击性能提高了1.65kJ/m^2。两者对PVC抑烟有协同效应,其中八钼酸铵3份,聚磷酸铵6份的抑烟效果最好,最高烟密度等级下降26.92。同时,聚磷酸铵添加量增加至12份,氧指数达到49.1。 With polyphosphoric acids ammonium salts(APP)prepared for the flame retardant and smoke suppression of ammoniummolybdat(AOM),combined with the mechanical properties,smoke density,oxygen index test,the paper studies the influence of the flame retardant and smoke suppression on the combustion characteristic of polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The results show that after adding AOM(6phr),contrast blank PVC samples of tensile strength,breaking elongation respectively decreases5.8 MPa,3.9%.With the increase of APP composition,tensile strength and breaking elongation decreases,and the impact strength increases.When it is joined with the APP(12phr),PVC tensile strength and breaking elongation declines 10.23 MPa,46.9%,impact increased 1.65 MJ/m^2.Two components have a synergistic effect on smoke suppression,with APP(6phr)and AOM(3phr)achieving the best effect of smoke suppression and maximum smoke density decreased by 26.92.At the same time,the oxygen index rises to 49.1when APP content increases to 12 phr.
