利培酮合并达营片治疗精神分裂症阴性症状疗效分析

A comparative study of risperidone combined with Daying tablet to treat negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮合并达营片治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和安全性。方法将117例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,分别予以利培酮合并达营片和利培酮合并安慰剂治疗,疗程12周。于治疗前及治疗后第4、8、12周末采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)及治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)对患者进行评估。结果治疗后第12周末研究组PANSS-N、CGI-SI量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组便秘、口干、体质量增加不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利培酮合并达达营片可有效安全治疗精神分裂症患者的阴性症状。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of risperidone combined with Daying tablet to treat negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Method A total of 117 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group with risperidone combined with Daying tablet and control group with risperidone combined with placebo for 12 weeks of treatment. They were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS）,Clinical Global Impression（ CGI） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（ TESS） at baseline,the 4th,8th and 12 thweekend of treatment. Result At the 12 thweekend of treatment,the scores of PANSS-N and CGI-SI in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence rates of adverse reactions between both groups（ P〉0. 05）,but the incidence rates of constipation,xerostomia and body weight increase in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions It＇s effective and safe for risperidone combined with Daying tablet to treat negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.
