摘要
目的探讨健康教育对居家老年痴呆症患者家庭照料者负担及焦虑抑郁情绪的缓解作用。方法抽取济南市区在家居住老年痴呆症患者的主要照料者157名作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(78名)和对照组(79名)。采用知识讲座、讨论、演示等形式对研究组照料者进行每周1次为期6周的健康教育培训,并对两组在干预前、后分别进行照料者负担问卷(CBI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查。结果干预后研究组CBI总分及各因子分和SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低(P<0.01),且均低于对照组(P<0.01),对照组CBI身体负担、社交负担因子分较干预前降低(P<0.05)。相关分析结果示,研究组CBI总分及各因子分减分值与SAS、SDS评分减分值均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够减轻家庭照料者的照料负担和缓解照料者的焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,对老年痴呆症患者家庭照护者进行健康教育具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on nursing burden,anxiety and depression in family caregivers for patients with senile dementia. Methods A total of 157 family caregivers for senile dementia patients were selected from Jinan downtown area and randomly divided into study group( 78 subjects) and control group( 79 subjects). Health education was conducted for caregivers in study group weekly for 6 weeks. All subjects were assessed with Caregiver Burden Inventory( CBI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale( SDS) before and after the education.Results After health education,the total score and all factor scores of CBI and total scores of SAS,SDS in study group were significantly lower than those before education( P〈0. 01); the factor scores of physical burden and interpersonal burden of CBI in control group were significantly lower than those before education( P〈0. 05). After health education,the total score and all factor scores of CBI and total scores of SAS,SDS in study group were significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 01).Correlation analysis showed that in study group the decreased total score and all factor scores of CBI were positively correlated with the decreased scores of SAS and SDS( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Health education can relieve the nursing burden,anxiety and depression in family caregivers,which has important significance for the caregivers in their daily nursing.
