摘要 提出一种输电线路在线监测装置风光互补电源供电方式及能量管理策略。对光伏出力、风电出力、负荷功率和蓄电池组储能状态等参数进行实时监测。根据光伏、风电出力与负荷功率的大小关系、蓄电池组储能状态情况,设计能量管理系统的四种基本工作模式。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下搭建风光互补电源模型,并对提出的能量管理策略和运行模式进行验证。结果表明,该能量管理策略能够实现对风光互补电源的高效管理,为输电线路在线监测装置提供稳定的电能。 An energy management strategy of wind-solar hybrid power system for transmission line on-line mo- nitoring equipment is proposed. Firstly, the parameters of PV output, wind power output, load power and en- ergy storage battery terminal voltage are monitored. Then, according to the relationship between photovoltaic, wind power output and load power, energy storage battery terminal voltage and capacity, four basic operation modes of energy management system are designed. Finally, the proposed energy management system and oper- ation mode are verified by simulation in MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the energy management strategy can realize the efficient management of hybrid power generation system, which provides a reliable and stable power supply for transmission line monitoring equipment.
