摘要 目的设计儿童疼痛管理短期培训课程并评价实施效果,为构建儿科护士疼痛管理的规范课程提供参考。方法根据大样本调查结果,设计16学时儿童疼痛培训课程,包括儿科疼痛知识概述、疼痛评估、镇痛措施、镇静反应程度评分标准及处理4部分,运用情景案例分析、小组讨论等培训方法对45名儿科护士开展多学科合作教学。比较培训前后儿科护士的疼痛管理知识和态度。结果 93.3%的护士认为掌握疼痛相关知识非常必要。培训后儿科护士疼痛知识和态度调查表中疼痛知识总分和4个维度评分显著高于培训前;儿科护士使用Wong Baker面部表情和FLACC量表的频率显著增加(均P<0.01)。结论儿科护士疼痛知识需求度高,多学科师资参与的短期课程培训可有效促进其对疼痛管理知识的掌握,改善对疼痛管理的态度。 Objective To design a short term training course on pediatric pain management, and evaluate its practice effect, so as to provide references to construct a regular pain management course for pediatric nurses. Methods According to the results of a large sample survey, a training course including 16 hours on pediatric pain management was designed, which was comprised of a summary of pediatric pain-related knowledge, pain assessment, analgesic measures, scoring criterion and management of level of sedation. Then 45 pediatric nurses received multidisciplinary cooperative education using scenario case analysis, group discussion, etc. The nurses' knowledge and attitude of pain management were compared before and after the training. Results Totally 93.3% pediatric nurses believed that it was necessary to grasp pain related knowledge. After the training, the pediatric nurses' total score and four dimension scores in the pain management knowledge and attitude questionnaire were significantly higher than those before the training, and the frequency using Wong Baker Faces and FLACC scale significantly increased(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Pediat- ric nurses have a great demand for pain knowledge, and multidisciplinary teachers participated in short-term training course could effectively promote their mastery of pain management knowledge and improve their attitude towards pain management.
