家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担及影响因素调查

Self-perceived burden and its influencing factors among the family supported oldest old

目的了解家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担情况,分析其影响因素,为开展专业居家养老服务提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法,抽取社区家庭养老高龄老人450人为调查对象,采用自行设计的家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担调查表进行调查。结果家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担得分为34~167(86.25±27.87)分。自觉健康状况、经济状况、患有慢性疾病、性别、民族是家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01),可解释其总变异的22.0%。结论家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担处于中等水平,且受到多重因素影响,经济负担相对较重。养老服务人员应重视家庭养老高龄老人的自我感受负担,及时予以干预,帮助其健康、积极养老。

Objective To investigate self-perceived burden of the family supported oldest old, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for carrying out professional family elderly support service. Methods Totally 450 family supported oldest old in community were selected by convenience sampling, then they were investigated using self-designed questionnaire of self-perceived burden of family supported oldest old. Results The score of self-perceived burden of the oldest old was 34- 167 （86.25 ± 27.87）. Self-perceived health status, economic status, suffering from chronic diseases, gender and nationality were the principal influencing factors of self-perceived burden of the family supported oldest old （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, which explained 22.0 % of the total va- riance. Conclusion The self-perceived burden of the family supported oldest old is at a moderate level, and it is influenced by multi ple factors, and the oldest old＇s economic burden is relatively heavy. The elderly service personnel should pay attention to the ol- dest old＇s self perceived burden, and take measures timely to help them keep a healthy and active life.
