This paper researched on the process re-engineering of university library＇ s book acquisition service oriented to knowledge service, and analyzed how the university library＇ s book acquisition service to determine the development goal from the concept of knowledge service, and put forward the necessity of business process re-engineering.It pointed out the elements of process re-engineering for university library＇ s book acquisition business with knowledge service oriented, and finally proposed the process re-engineering strategies.
