62例腹部创伤的CT诊断及临床价值研究

CT Diagnosis and Clinical Value of 62 Cases of Abdominal Trauma

目的:探讨CT诊断对腹部创伤临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月~2016年12月在我院就诊的62例腹部创伤患者临床病例资料,所有患者均采取CT诊断以及手术治疗,比较CT诊断结果与病理确诊结果的差异性。结果:与手术病理检查结果相比,CT诊断符合率为96.8%,仅2例患者由于腹部发生多发性受损而造成误诊或漏诊。结论:CT检查对腹部创伤诊断具有较高的准确率,能为患者提供有效且准确的诊断,进而提高患者预后生存率,该方法值得推广借鉴。

[objective] ：To explore the clinical value of CT diagnosis for abdominal trauma. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 62 patients with abdominal trauma who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016. All patients underwent CT diagnosis and surgical treatment. The difference between CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was compared. Results： Compared with the results of surgical pathology, CT diagnosis coincidence rate was 96.8%, only 2 patients due to multiple abdominal damage caused by misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.Conclusion： CT examination has a high accuracy rate for the diagnosis of abdominal trauma, can provide effective and accurate diagnosis for patients, and thus improve the survival rate of patients, the method worthy of reference.
