摘要
目的:探讨和分析无痛内镜下止血联合大剂量奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法:78例消化性溃疡出血患者,按照患者入院顺序分为甲组和乙组,每组各39例。两组患者均进行无痛内镜下止血,甲组患者使用大剂量的奥美拉唑,乙组患者使用常规剂量的奥美拉唑。结果:甲组患者的止血率、再次出血率、空腹胃液的PH值、不良反应发生率均优于乙组患者(P<0.05)。结论:通过无痛内径下止血与大剂量奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡出血进行联合治疗的应用效果很好。
[objective] ： To investigate and analyze the effect of painless endoscopic hemostasis combined with high dose omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods： 78 cases with peptic ulcer bleeding were divided into group A and group B, accord- ing to the order of admission of patients. Each group had 39 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with painless endoscopic hemostasis, the group A with the use of high dose omeprazole, group B was treated with routine dose omeprazole. Results： The rate of hemostasis, the rate of rebleeding, the PH value of fasting gastric juice and the incidence of adverse reactions of group A were better than those of group B （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of painless endoscopic hemostasis combined with high dose omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding is very good. It is worth promoting.
