p2PSA及基因检测在前列腺癌预测中的应用价值研究
摘要
近年来,前列腺癌的发病率呈现出显著上升的趋势,已经成为世界上发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。全世界每年大约有914000例前列腺癌新发病例出现,并且该疾病的死亡率较高。相对于其他国家,虽然前列腺癌在我国的发病率较低,但是该疾病的发病率也显著上升,对人们的身体健康造成了严重威胁。经过长期临床实践发现,有效治疗前列腺癌的关键在于及早对其进行准确诊断。本研究主要针对p2PSA及基因检测在前列腺癌预测中的应用价值进行探究。
