旅游扶贫视域下大连金普新区乡村民宿发展研究

民宿作为乡村旅游的重要载体,近年来受到许多游客的热情追捧和青睐。以大连金普新区为例,通过问卷调查和实地访谈相结合的方法,分析乡村民宿的发展现状,发现其存在科学规划缺失、经营管理不当、服务接待不周、文化氛围不浓等问题,提出保护生态环境,增加基础设施;保持乡土风情,弘扬特色文化;注重科学规划,创建绿色民宿;保留人文情怀,扩大宣传力度;组织专业培训,规范服务管理等对策建议。

In this paper, meth- ods of questionnaires and field interviews are used to analyze the characteristics of the local B＆B and the advantages and disad- vantages . The development of the existing problems, such as lack of scientific planning, poor management, service and recep- tion ill, culture is not strong, etc Propose targeted advice and countermeasures for home stay of Jinpu in the future, including protecting of the ecological environment, increasing infrastructure, maintaining local customs, promoting cultural characteristics, paying attention to scientific planning, creating green houses, expanding propaganda, organizing professional training, standardizing service management.
