基于企业与社会力量参与的精准扶贫思考

习近平总书记提出精准扶贫的重要方针,对我国扶贫工作提出了新要求。在精准扶贫的工作进程中,扶贫主体、扶贫客体间结构性问题突出,存在企业参与扶贫意愿不强,精准扶贫社会组织缺位等问题。当前要做好精准扶贫,必须解决扶贫主体、扶贫客体自身的问题,合作开发承担企业社会责任,鼓励社会组织参与,进一步提高精准扶贫质量,为社会健康维稳和经济发展提供有力支持。
