大型铸造砂箱吊耳失效分析

摘要 通过外观及断口形貌观察,化学成分、显微组织分析,对铸造砂箱吊耳断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,起吊速度大或偏载是造成一次断裂的主要原因。此外,高级别夹杂物及吊耳表面脱碳现象,根部表面的増碳现象,也会影响材料的使用性能。 The reason for fracture of lifting lug was investigated by observation on the appearance and fracture surface, analysis on chemical composition, and metallographic examination. The results show that the main reason for fracture is larger lifting speed or partial load. In addition, the high-level oxide slag and decarburization of the lug surface and carbonizing on the root surface may also affect the use performance of material.
