摘要
球磨机隔仓板类配件,在较高硬度物料的研磨和犁铧作用下磨损严重,寿命低,消耗大。为了改善这一现状,降低金属材料消耗,特别是减少因更换配件所消耗的人工和多种材料的费用,以及因停机带来的生产损失,经过化学成分、铸造工艺及热处理工艺的合理设计和试验,研制出硬度达到50 HRC以上的中碳低合金耐磨钢,牌号:42Mn2Cr2Si Mo。在球磨机隔仓板类件上得到了可靠应用,使用寿命比原高锰钢提高了1.5倍以上。
In order to reduce the consumption of metal materials of the separate plate parts in ball mill, especially the cost of labor and materials required for the replacement of parts, a medium carbon low alloy wear-resistant steel, named 42Mn2Cr2SiMo, was developed through the reasonable design of chemical composition, casting process and heat treatment process. The hardness is above 50 HRC. And it is reliable applied in the separating plate parts of ball mill. The service life is more than 1.5 times higher than that of high manganese steel..
