摘要
在分析国内外现有铸造工艺发展状况的基础上,以铸造工艺设计所需各种数据作为参数信息,构建了相关数据库,并采用编程软件和Microsoft SQL Server实现了数据库管理系统。该系统基于C/S体系架构,具有用户管理模块、登陆管理模块、浇注管理模块、工艺参数管理模块等功能界面。在铸钢件铸造生产工艺中进行具体验证,实例应用结果表明,基于C/S架构的铸造工艺SQL Server数据库系统,能够解决铸造工艺数据的合理存储和有效利用问题。
Based on analyzing the existing casting technology at home and abroad and the development of database technology, taking all kinds of casting process design data as the parameter information, the relevant database was established using the programming software and Microsoft SQL Server database, management system. The system was based on C/S architecture with the ftmction of user management module, landing management module, casting management module, process parameter management module and so on. Specific verification in steel casting production process show that that the reasonable casting process SQL Server database system based on C/S architecture can solve the problems of data storage and effective use of casting process.
