摘要
为解决电站储罐地脚螺栓性能评估难题,从42Cr Mo E高强螺栓端部截取小块试样,选用电子束焊接进行试样重组,研究不同插入段长度对重组试样冲击性能影响。结果表明,电子束焊接能够实现高强螺栓42Cr Mo E合金钢的试样重组,焊接质量优异;插入段长度对塑性变形区没有明显影响,塑性变形宽度为12 mm;综合考虑插入段长度对冲击性能影响,推荐最小插入段长度为20 mm。
Owing to the performance evaluation difficult problem of anchor bolts reconstructed specimens in power plants, electron beam welding was used to reconstruct specimens of 42CrMoE alloy steel, and the influence of insert length on the impact property was subsequently investigated. The results demonstrate that the reconstruct specimens of 42CrMoE alloy steel exhibites an excellent welding quality. Meanwhile, insert length has no influence on the plastic deformation region whose length.reaches 12 mm. In addition, considering influence of insert length on impact property, the minimum insert length is 20 mm.
