摘要
运用基于有限元方法的铸件成形过程数值模拟软件Pro CAST,对机床工作台铸造过程进行模拟仿真。通过对温度场数值分析,结合软件缺陷预测模拟模块,对工作台铸件可能产生的铸造缺陷预测分析,最后制作实验件以验证模拟结果的可靠性。通过对实体铸件缺陷种类统计分析,提出整改措施,为进一步降低铸件废品率,减少成本浪费提供参考。
Using ProCAST software, the casting process of platen castings was numerically simulated based on finite element method, some possible casting defects were predicted combining the numerical analysis of temperature field with the defect prediction module, finally the reliability of simulation results was verified by experiments.
