新型职业农民培育研究述评

A REVIEW AND COMMENT ON CULTIVATING NEW PROFESSIONAL FARMERS

培育新型职业农民这个概念,是在推进农业科技创新、加快农村改革、加快发展现代农业、推进农业供给侧结构性改革的渐进背景下提出并持续深化的,一定程度上具有改革攻坚的战略意义。明晰已有相关国内外研究的主要脉络和研究余地,对中国新型职业农民的培育具有重要现实意义。从加强农民职业培训、新一代农民成长的原因、培训方式和培育政策的演变等方面梳理了国外研究成果;从新型职业农民内涵的界定、培育背景或原因、培育政策、培育实践等方面梳理了国内研究成果;从研究方法、培育主体、理论应用和经验借鉴等方面对已有研究成果进行了述评,并提出了今后关于中国新型职业农民培育有待研究的方向。

To a certain extent, it is of strategic significance to cultivate new professional farmers in the pro- gressive background of promoting agricultural science and technology innovation, accelerating rural reform and the development of modem agriculture, and promoting agricultural supply side structural reform. Clarifying the main thread and research scope of relevant research home and abroad is of great practical significance to the cultivation of new - typed professional farmers in China. The paper reviews the domestic and foreign research a- chievements from the perspectives of strengthening the vocational training of farmers, probing into the reasons for the growth of new generations of farmers and analyzing training methods and cultivation policies. It then sorts out the research achievements home and abroad from such aspects as connotation definition of new typed professional farmers, cultivating background or reasons, cultivating policy and practice and conducts a review of the existing research results in terms of research methods, research and cultivation subject, theoretical ap- plication and experience reference, and then puts forward the future direction of the research on the cultivation of new - typed professional farmers in China.
