摘要
高层次人才作为影响国家和地区经济社会发展的关键因素,对其进行科学评价是地方高校人才队伍建设的重要环节。从评价方法选择入手,探讨了高层次人才评价指标设计的原则及指标结构体系的内容,该体系包括5个一级指标,23个二级指标。通过对人才评价机制进行研究,提出从评价主体、评价运行机制、评价内容三个方面加强地方高校高层次人才创新评价的对策建议。
As a key factor of national and regional economic and social development, the evaluation of high level talents will be an important part in the construction of qualified personnel in local colleges and universi- ties. Starting from the selection of evaluation methods, the paper probes into the principles of the design of a high level talent evaluation index and the establishment of the index structure system including 5 A-level indi- cators and 23 B-level indexes. Through the research on the mechanism of talent evaluation, the paper puts for- ward some suggestions on strengthening the evaluation of high level talents in local colleges and universities from such three aspects as evaluation subject, evaluation operation mechanism and evaluation content in order to play a good guiding role in the evaluation and selection of high-level talents, hopefully raising the level of teaehing and scientific research and improving the quality of talent training.
