全面从严治党背景下高校基层党支部建设问题及对策--基于陕西部分高校的调查研究

PROBLEMS &COUNTERMEASURES OF CONSTRUCTING GRASS-ROOTS PARTY BRANCHES IN UNIVERSITIES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF AN ALL-OUT EFFORT TO ENFORCE STRICT PARTY DISCIPLINE--Based on the Investigation & Research of Some Universities in Shaanxi

高校党支部在建设过程中仍存在战斗堡垒作用不强、党支部活动质量不高、党员先进性作用发挥不够等问题。加强高校基层党支部建设的对策:提高重视程度、加大支持力度,创新组织模式、搭建工作平台,改进工作方式、坚持群众路线,加强队伍建设、健全制度机制,统一党员思想和行动、完善组织生活,利用新媒体技术、拓宽宣传教育渠道。

There are still many problems and reasons in the construction process ges ＆ universities, such as the weak role the Party branch plays as the Fighting of the Party branches in cone- bastion, the low quality of the Party branch activities and the insufficient role the Party members play. The article puts forward some counter- measures to s^engthen the construction of grass-roots Party branches in colleges ＆ universities ： attaching grea- ter importance to the job, giving more support, innovating organizational models, establishing work platforms, improving working methods and adhering to the mass line, strengthening team building, improving institutional mechanisms, unifying Party members thinking and actions, leading organizational life well, utilizing new media technology and broadening publicity and education channels.
