中德比较视野下我国职业教育发展方向研究

RESEARCH ON THE DEVEL OPMENT OF CHINA'S VOCA TIONAL EOUCATION COMPARING CHINA WITH GERMANY

经过几十年的高速增长,我国经济社会整体发展水平正逐渐接近发达国家水平、个别地区已经率先达到发达国家水平。伴随物质生活水平的不断提高,我国人口老龄化、资源枯竭、失业率上升等社会问题逐步显现。淘汰落后产能,调整生产结构,转变经济发展生产模式,适应中低速发展新常态,需要不断革新生产技术,提高生产管理水平,丰富生产服务层次,全面提升整个国家的社会生产率。简要分析了全国人力资源状况,使用文献法、比较法和访谈法对中德两国职业人才培养体系进行比较,结合国内外多种先进的制造业发展理念,为我国的职业教育和人才培养提出建议。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy, the level of overall social development and gradually move closer to the developed countries, and constantly improve the standard of living in the material at the same time, the aging of the population, resource depletion, rising unemployment and other social prob- lems gradually appear. Therefore, the elimination of backward mode of economic development, change the mode of production is a pressing matter of the moment, adjust the production structure, through technical inno- vation of production quality, improve production management level, expand production and service level, so as to enhance the entire national social productivity. This study through the brief analysis of the status of hu- man resources, combined with the advanced idea of a variety of advanced manufacturing, using literature method, comparison method and interview method to compare Sino German occupation training, to provide suggestions for the occupation education and personnel training, in order to accelerate the pace of transforma- tion of China＇s industrial upgrading
