健脾益肾通督汤对脾肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症患者骨密度及平衡功能的影响

Effect of Jianpi Yishen Tongdu Decoction on the bone density and balance function of patients with senile osteoporosis with syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney

目的观察健脾益肾通督汤对脾肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症患者骨密度及平衡功能的影响。方法选择青海仁济医院2014年2月~2016年7月收治的脾肾阳虚证老年性骨质疏松症患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为中药组和对照组,每组各60例。两组均予口服钙尔奇D片治疗,此外对照组给予肌注鲑鱼降钙素,中药组给予健脾益肾通督汤。两组均以4周为1个疗程,共3个疗程。观察两组临床疗效、骨密度(BMD)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)积分、计时起走测试(TUG)时间变化。结果中药组脱落11例,对照组脱落14例,中药组临床总有效率为93.9%,对照组为87.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后腰椎BMD均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05)。两组治疗后BBS积分均显著上升(P<0.05)。中药组治疗后TUG时间明显缩短(P<0.05),且低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾通督汤治疗脾肾阳虚型老年性骨质疏松症可以改善患者临床症状,提高骨密度,提高患者身体平衡能力。

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yishen Tongdu Decoction on bone mineral density and balance function of patients with senile osteoporosis with syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods From February 2014 to July 2014, 120 patients with senile osteoporosis with syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney treated in Qinghai Renji Hospital were divided into Chinese medicine group and control group by random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with Calcium D. Besides, the Chinese medicine group was treated by Jianpi ~ishen Tongdu Decoction, the control group was treated by Salmon Calcitonin. Both groups were treated a course of 4 weeks, with 3 sessions. Meanwhile, the clinical efficacy, BBS, TUG and BMD of patients in the two groups were observed. Results Eleven cases of Chinese medicine group were lost, fourteen cases of control group were lost. The clinical efficacy in the Chinese medicine group was 93.9%, and 87.0% in the control group, with no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Compared with before treatment, in both of the two groups after treatment, the BMD levels were significantly increased, and the BBS scores were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. The score of TUG was decreased in Chinese medicine group, and which was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Tongdu Decoction can relief clinical symptoms, increase BMD and improve the balance ability of of patients with senile osteoporosis.
