折叠式用药速查表对护生临床用药安全性的影响

Effects of the foldable medication table on the safety of clinical medication of nursing students

目的探索折叠式用药速查表对护生临床用药安全性的影响,以期减少实习护生护理差错的发生。方法选取在襄阳市中心医院实习的湖北文理学院护理系学生为研究对象,2013级61人为试验组,2012级63人为对照组;双师型教师运用学校、医院双重优势制订折叠式用药速查表;试验组实习期间使用此速查表,对照组未使用;对两组护生实习期间的用药剂量错误、药物错误(配伍禁忌)及药物相关性纠纷进行对比。结果两组用药剂量错误、药物错误(配伍禁忌)发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组用药安全性显著提高。结论本课题组制订的折叠式用药速查表贴近临床,可明显减少实习护生临床用药错误。值得各医学院校及医院推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of the foldable medication table on clinic medication safety of nursing students, so as to reduce mistakes that a trainee can make. Methods Nursing students of Hubei University of Arts and Science training in Xiangyang Central Hospital were selected as research objects, 61 grade 2013 as experimental group, 63 grade 2012 as control group. Using advantages of school and hospital, the foldable medication table was made by double qualified teachers. The experimental group were required to use the foldable medication table during the internship, the control group did not. Medication errors, drug errors （contraindications） and drug-related disputes during the internship between two groups were analyzed. Results Incidence rate of medication errors, drug errors （contraindications） between two groups were compared, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. The experimental group was seen to improve apparently in medication safety. Conclusion The foldable medication table made by this research group is close to the clinic, significantly reducing the trainee from clinical medication errors, which medical schools and hospitals deserve.
