JCI标准联合快速康复护理对肝包虫病患者术后感染的影响

Effect of JCI standard combined with fast-track care on postoperative hospital infections in patients with hepatic echinococcosis

目的探讨国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)标准联合快速康复外科护理对肝包虫病患者术后感染的影响。方法选取2016年12月~2017年3月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的60例接受手术治疗的肝囊型包虫病患者,按随机数字表法分为JCI标准+快速康复组与JCI标准组,每组各30例。JCI标准组按JCI标准给予相应护理,JCI标准+快速康复组在JCI标准护理基础上给予快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者术后3、7、10 d的切口感染、呼吸道感染及泌尿系感染情况及患者满意度。结果 JCI标准+快速康复组患者术后3、7、10 d切口感染率,呼吸道感染率、泌尿系感染率均低于JCI标准组(P<0.05),满意度高于JCI标准组(P<0.05)。结论肝囊型包虫病患者给予JCI标准联合快速康复外科护理,可有效降低术后感染发生率,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To investigate the effect of JCI standard combined with fast-track care on postoperative hospital infections in patients with hepatic echinococcosis. Methods According to random number table, 60 postoperative patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis were divided into JCI standard combined with fast-track care group and JCI group, with 30 cases in each group. They were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2016 to March 2017. The 3-,7- and 10-day incidence rates of incision infection, respiratory tract infection and urinary infection were compared between the two groups respectively, and the patients＇ satisfaction of the two groups were also compared. Results The 3-,7- and 10-day incidence rates of incision infection, respiratory tract infection and urinary infection in the JCI standard combined with fast-track care group were lower than those in the JCI group （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of patients＇ satisfaction in the JCI standard combined with fast-track care group was higher than that in the JCI group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion JCI standard combined with fast-track care can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and alleviate the sufferings of patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis.
