分析消防技术服务机构的重要性与监管的必要性,运用博弈分析相关理论方法,求解出公安消防部门与消防技术服务机构监管博弈的混合策略纳什均衡偶,同时结合福建省消防技术服务行业监管的现状,提出适合福建省省情的消防技术服务监管模型设计。

After discussing the importance of the fire protection technical service providers,and the necessity for them to conduct supervision,this paper applies Game Theory to solve the Nash Equilibrium pair of the mixed strategies used in the supervision game between fire protection departments and fire protection technical service providers,and puts forward the design of a supervision model of fire protection technical service providers on the basis of the actual supervision situation in Fujian province.
