摘要
随着网络技术的不断发展,电商已经成为现代商务中一种重要的形式,而为电商提供物流的第三方物流企业有着与传统物流不一样的特征。本文以电商环境为背景,探讨第三方物流企业物流服务质量评价体系指标的确立及其对消费者的影响,捕捉电商物流管理中的核心环节并提出物流服务质量提升的策略。
Electric business has become an important form of modern commerce. The third-part logistics enterprises which provide service for electric business have different characteristics compared with traditional logistics. This paper tries to set up an assessment system of logistics service based on electronic commerce, and find the strategy to promote the service quality of logistics enterprises.
