It is very important to do waterproof and drainage construction in accordance with the principle of ＂prevention, blocking,cutting and drainage integration, according to local conditions, and comprehensive management＂. Combined with the construction practice of Bayan Chagan tunnel, the paper discusses the construction technology of tunnel waterproof and drainage in severe cold area, including deep buried blind ditch, center deep buried ditch, installation of water stop and waterproofing board laying.
