羊路水库是临水河灌区农业灌溉的调蓄水库,该水库为缓解当地"卡脖子旱"发挥了重要作用。水库的安全危及到下游三墩镇三墩村四组0.01万人口生命财产及0.18万亩耕地的安全,水库一旦失事,其造成的社会影响与经济损失是巨大的。因此,为更好地发挥水库的经济效益和社会效益,根据国家相关政策要求,尽早对本工程进行全面的除险加固建设是十分必要的。

Yanglu Reservoir is a regulating reservoir of agricultural irrigation in Linshui River irrigation area. The reservoir plays an important role in alleviating the local drought. The safety of the reservoir threatens the safety of 100 people and 1800 mu cultivated land in4 th group of Sandun Village, and the social impact and economic loss caused by the reservoir were huge. Therefore, in order to better play the reservoir＇s economic and social benefits, according to the relevant national policy requirements, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive reinforcement of this project as soon as possible.
