根据光伏电站施工特点,结合近几年光伏现场施工经验总结,谈几点光伏施工进度管控的方法,对类似工程进度控制有一定的指导作用。
According to the construction characteristics of PV power station and based on the experience of PV site construction in recent years, some methods to control the PV construction schedule are discussed, which have a certain guiding effect on schedule control of similar project.
