高层住宅外墙保温施工质量控制研究

Study on Quality Control of Exterior Wall Thermal Insulation Construction of High-rise Residential Building

可持续发展战略的深入推进,对高层住宅建设产生了较大的影响,促使这类建筑物服务功能正在趋于完善,长期使用中的潜在价值得以提升。结合当前高层住宅外墙保温施工的发展概况,可知其中依然存在着一定的问题,影响着外墙保温施工质量,致使外墙保温性能难以达到高层住宅的实际要求。为了改变这种不利的发展现状,需要采取施工环境及准备工作、施工流程、基层清理及放线、粘贴保温板、铆固保温板及涂抹防裂砂浆措施,对外墙保温施工质量进行科学控制,增强建筑物实践应用中的外墙保温效果。基于此,本文将对高层住宅外墙保温施工质量控制进行研究。

The deepening of the sustainable development strategy has had a great impact on the construction of high-rise buildings,which has promoted the service function of these buildings and the potential value in the long-term use has been improved. Combined with the current high-rise residential exterior wall construction development overview, we can see that there are still some problems, affecting the external wall insulation construction quality, resulting in external wall insulation performance difficult to achieve the actual requirements of high-rise residential building. In order to change this unfavorable development situation, we need to take the construction environment and preparation work, construction process, grass-roots clean-up and pay-off, paste insulation board, riveting solid insulation board and apply anti-cracking mortar measures, to control the external wall insulation construction quality scientifically, and enhance the effect of exterior wall insulation in practical application of buildings. Based on this, this paper will study the quality control of high-rise residential building exterior wall insulation construction.
