摘要
随着煤矿现代化建设不断更新,科技发展的飞速,煤矿提升运输也出现了百家争鸣的新局面,调度绞车由于施工安装复杂、劳动力大、安全系数低等原因,逐步被煤矿企业不优先考虑运用。在众多新设备中,笔者主要接触的是Ferrit生产的DLZ110F型矿用柴油动力单轨吊机车。它给我们的生产工作带来了很多的方便,然而我们在生产工作中我们面临诸多困难和问题,如何有效规避这些问题,确保单轨吊高效运行,是当前机械操控领域亟待解决的一个问题。为了解决这个问题,笔者结合多年的实践工作经验,查阅相关资料后提出一些措施和见解。
With the constant update of modernization construction of the coal mine, and the rapid development of science and technology, the coal mine hoisting transportation has emerged a new situation of ＂letting a hundred schools of thought contend＂. Due to the complex construction and installation, large labor force, low safety reasons, etc., dispatching winch has been not given priority to use gradually by coal mining enterprises. In a number of new equipment, the author mainly contacts DLZ110 F mine diesel powered monorail locomotive produced by Ferrit. It has brought a lot of convenience for our production work, but there are many difficulties and problems in production, and how to avoid these problems, to ensure the efficient operation of the monorail, is a problem to be solved in current mechanical control field. In order to solve this problem, combined with many years of practical experience, the author accesses to relevant information and puts forward some measures and opinions.
