摘要
为适应大型施工企业法人层级多、管理链条长、管辖工程项目数量庞大的特点,提高进度管理的信息化水平,摈弃人工监控在建项目施工进度存在滞后性的缺点,结合"互联网+进度管理",通过融合进度管理中直方图、形象进度图、斜率图、"S"曲线图、时间转换约束的时差分析等技术理论,集成工程项目的进度图形、数据表单,运用大数据进行统计分析在建项目工期进度,运用互联网技术预警预报工期滞后的项目、工点、工序,确保大型施工企业各层级管理者对工程项目工期进度的有效监控。
In order to adapt to features of the large-scale construction enterprise management level, long chain, large quantities of engineering projects under jurisdiction, to improve the informatization level of schedule management, abandon disadvantages that the construction schedule of artificial monitoring in construction project is lagging, combined with the "Internet +schedule management", by integrating the histogram of the schedule management, the image progress chart, the slope map, the "S" curve, the time difference analysis of time conversion constraint and other technical theories, integrating the schedule drawings, data forms of engineering projects, using large data for statistical analysis of construction projects progress, using Internet technology to forecast time lag of the project, worksite, process,ensure the effective monitoring of the construction schedule by the large construction enterprises at all levels.
