摘要
目前随着知识经济时代的继续发展,对人才的重视程度越来越高,人力资源已经无可争议地成为第一资源。如何更好地吸引员工、留住员工成为人力资源管理之薪酬设计的重重之重,本文以SPSS数据库02-01为例(1969-1971年美国某银行雇员状况调查),研究影响工资确定的因素,以期对薪酬管理能有所裨益。
With the continuous development of the knowledge-based economy era, the importance of talent is getting higher, and human resources have become the undisputed first resource. How to better attract employees, retain employees has become the very important part of salary design in human resource management. This paper takes the SPSS database 02-01 as an example(a bank employee survey of American 1969-1971), studies the influencing factors of salary determination, in order to contribute to the salary management.
