技术资产是从事高科技活动组织的重要战略资本,忽视对技术资产的管理是很多高科技组织技术创新的经济效益较低的一个重要原因。本文提出高科技组织应当从观念到体制、从理论到实务重视对技术资产的管理,做到技术资产管理与技术创新管理并重。

Technical assets is an important strategic asset for high-tech organizations, and neglecting the management of technical assets is an important reason for the low economic efficiency of many high-tech organizations. The paper puts forward that high-tech organizations should pay attention to the management of technical assets from concept to system, from theory to practice, and make equal attention to the management of technical assets and the management of technological innovation.
