摘要
本文结合我国机制砂的使用现状,对机制砂在高性能混凝土中的应用做了具体的分析,通过调查研究掌握了机制砂掺加细砂配制高性能混凝土的变化规律,本研究认为若想满足高性能混凝土的各项施工技术的要求,需要严格控制机制砂和天然细砂的比例:60%的机制砂加上40%的天然细砂作为细骨料,这种比例配制的混凝土性能更好,相对天然中砂更具有优势。
In this paper, combined with the status quo of China, the application of machine-made sand in high performance concrete is analyzed in detail, through the investigation and study, and the changing rules of high performance concrete mixed with machine-made sand and fine sand is mastered. This study suggests that to meet the requirements of construction technology of high performance concrete, we should strictly control the machine-made sand and natural sand ratio: 60% of machine-made sand and 40% of natural fine sand as fine aggregate. This proportion makes the concrete have better performance and more advantages compared by natural medium sand.
