摘要
介绍我国建设工程投标报价的重要性、现状以及存在的主要问题;详细阐述BIM技术特点及在投标报价中关键技术的应用及价值;以某教学楼工程为研究对象,采用GCL2013软件构建企业定额实现数据协同,并进行投标报价的计算。
The importance, status and main problems of construction project bidding price in China are introduced, the technical characteristics of BIM and the application and value of the BIM key technologies in the bidding price are described in detail, a teaching building is taken as the research object, enterprise quota is constructed by using GCL2013 software to realize data collaboration and calculate the bidding price.
