“互联网+”背景下乡村医生对老人慢性病诊疗的对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasure of Rural Doctor's Diagnosis and Treatment of NCD of the Elderly under the Background of "Internet+"

通过文献分析法、实际调查法和行动研究法等方式梳理出我国在"互联网+"背景下,乡村医生如何更好地为广大农村老人慢性病健康提供诊疗服务。本文指出慢性病的定义及诊疗研究的意义,通过树立"互联网+"下的大健康理念,提出建立专属健康档案、预防措施线上和线下结合、有数据更有服务和健康促进诊疗管理四种诊疗对策方案,最后指出对策研究的创新程度和应用价值。

Through methods of literature analysis, actual investigation and action research, this paper sums up how the rural doctors can provide the medical service for the health of the non-communicale disease（NCD） of the rural elderly in the background of ＂Internet ＋＂.This paper points out the definition of NCD and the significance of the diagnosis study, and through the establishment of the big health concept under ＂Internet ＋ ＂, puts forward four diagnosis and treatment programs： establishing exclusive health records, online and offline combination of preventive measures, data and services combination and health promoting diagnosis and treatment management, and finally points out the degree of innovation and application value of the study.
