摘要
云南滇东能源矿使用的EBZ260H掘进机电控箱减震垫在截割工作过程中经常损坏。针对这一现象,对减震垫的数目和布置方式进行了改进,将减震垫数目由原来的4个增加到6个,布置方式更加均匀化,并利用Workbench对两种减震方案进行谐响应分析,比较两种方案的共振振幅可知,6个减震垫的减震方案可以明显减小掘进机在工作中对电控箱及减震垫的震动损害。
The electronic control box shock-absorbing pad for EBZ260H heading machine used in a coal mine in Diandong energy Yunnan province is often damaged during operation. The number and location of cushioning pads have been adjusted for improvement purpose with the number increased from the original four to six,and a Workbench is also introduced to test the effect. Comparison of the resonance amplitude of the two schemes shows that the number of six scheme reduce the resonance amplitude obviously.
