摘要
某矿实现井下变电所无人值守后,发生了因误送电导致的人身事故。为了完善矿井无人值守系统功能,提高系统安全性和可靠性,对井下变电站高压开关进行改造,实现高压开关"远程"与"就地"合闸操作之间闭锁功能,以及高压开关分闸按钮的自锁功能,防止发生误操作导致的停送电事故,建设现代化本质安全型矿井。
Mis-switch-on of the electricity once caused accidents in an unattended substation in a coal mine. For the safety and reliability of the system,the function of the unattended system have to be improved by technical transformation with the high voltage switch remote operation and site operation being mutual-locked automatically,and the trip operation for high voltage switch must be self-locked to prevent the occurrence of mis-switch on accident.
