摘要
针对采煤机截割部扭矩轴存在剪切槽,容易损坏的缺点,提出了改进方案,对扭矩轴进行了改进。新的扭矩轴去掉了剪切槽,改为端齿结构,并设置了限位板。改进后,在采煤机截割部维护过程中,只需定期更换限位板即可,无需经常更换扭矩轴,节省了维护成本和维修时间。经过对改进后的扭矩轴进行理论上的分析论证,得出了改进方案是可行的。
Aiming at the shortcomings in the cutting part of the shear shaft,which is usually inclined to damage during operation,an improved scheme is proposed for the torque shaft. The improvement on torque shaft is carried out with the shear slot being removed,gear connection applied,and positioning plate being set. The transformation made the maintenance work more convenient,no frequent torque shaft replacement are needed except for the positioning plate in regular term,maintenance cost reduced and time saved. Theoretical analysis shows that the improved scheme is feasible.
