摘要
高压共轨柴油发动机喷油量由喷油脉宽和轨压决定,而喷油器零喷油脉宽会影响总喷油量。本文主要对零喷油脉宽及脉宽修正进行介绍,利用零喷油脉宽修正解决某款机型台架功率升高问题,对解决问题过程中的方法、经验进行总结。
The injection time and rail pressure common decide the engine total injection for high pressure common rail diesel engine,and zero fuel injection time has a influence on total injection. This article introduces zero fuel injection time and zero fuel injection time correction, and uses zero fuel injection time correction to solve the disel engine power increase problem on test bench, and summarizes the method and experience.
