摘要
针对在中低压电网系统中,过电压现象普遍,危害较大的情况,从过电压的类型,成因分析入手,提出不同的预防要求,从而构成完整、系统的过电压防范措施.对新站建设及电网安全运行有重要指导意义。
In the middle and low voltage power network, the phenomenon of overvoltage is very common and dangerous. By analyzing the causes and types of overvoltage, in order to set up a complete, systematic overvoltage preventive measures, the different prevention requirements are proposed. The result shows that prevention technology has important guiding significance to the construction of new sites and the safe operation of power system.
